1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropLinker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms govern your use of the PropLinker property management platform available at proplinker.co.uk.

2. Description of Service

PropLinker is a cloud-based property management platform that enables property management companies to manage buildings, units, tenants, payments, and related operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To use PropLinker, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable UK or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with PropLinker or build a similar product
• Share your account credentials with third parties

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We process your data as a data processor on your behalf in accordance with UK GDPR.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks and content, is owned by PropLinker and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, PropLinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
